佛光山人間佛教研究院FGS Institute of Humanistic Buddhism成立於2012年，旨在發揚佛陀人間佛教的本懷，建立星雲大師人間佛教思想體系，收集人間佛教學術研究文獻，推動人間佛教思想普及化。佛光山人間佛教研究院主要功能有：一、佛光山人間教宗門思想的育中心；二、提供學者、專家研究、著述人間佛教；三、培養研究人間佛教青年人才；四、舉辦人間佛教學術會議；五、推動、促進國際佛教學術交流及進行佛典翻譯等。期以傳承如來一代時教為使命，以文字慧業弘揚人間佛教思想，成為研究、發揚當代人間佛教的學術思想重鎮。

We are founded by Venerable Master Hsing Yun who established the Fo Guang Shan (Buddha's Light Mountain) Buddhist Order, which is the largest monastery in Taiwan. Fo Guang Shan Temple of Toronto was built to serve as a cultural, educational, community and spiritual centre for Chinese Buddhism and those interested in Buddhist teachings and practice.

Fo Guang Shan Hsi Lai Temple 佛光山西來寺This is the official youtube channel of Fo Guang Shan Hsi Lai Temple at Hacienda Heights California. We are founded by Venerable Master Hsing Yun who established the Fo Guang Shan (Buddha's Light Mountain) Buddhist Order, which is the largest monastery in Taiwan. Hsi Lai Temple was built to serve as a spiritual and cultural center for those interested in learning more about Buddhism and the Chinese culture. It is the idea of Venerable Master Hsing Yun to propagate "Humanistic Buddhism" and to create a Pure Land here on earth. Hsi Lai Temple is built to fulfill these goals in the United States. The temple's objectives are to nurture Buddhist missionaries through education, to propagate Buddhism through cultural activities, to benefit society through charitable programs, and to edify the populace through Buddhist practices.
